Had a good Xmas getaway with the family. The parking and elevator were great features. The hotel’s hygiene practices were really good; they had sanitizers readily available at key locations for guests to use.

The staff were not as accommodating as we’d hoped. There were some hidden charges that we only discovered later.

Additionally, the hotel's location was in a perfect spot, surrounded by natural beauty.

The staff seemed to have some miscommunication regarding charges, which put a damper on our trip. Additionally, some of the management staff seemed a bit strict and unapproachable, which made it hard to resolve the issue. however, our romantic getaway was still enjoyable, mainly thanks to the beautiful surroundings and clean accommodations.

We also appreciated the easy parking and transportation options in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects, from accommodating our queries to serving us delicious breakfast.

Located in the beautiful mountains, this hotel has well-maintained rooms with good hygiene and sanitizers. the receptionist is always available to solve any guest queries. the hotel has a parking area, elevator, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The management is slow in cleaning the rooms during the daytime.
